Who are our plans for?

 

Our subscription plans are for any single person, squad or club that wishes to invest in their training, race performances, fitness, health and personal development. The goal does not matter! As long as you have a goal, big or small, we will bring the plan.

How it works?

If this sounds like your in the right place then choose from one of the plans below. Once you have signed up you will receive an email from one of our team with a questionnaire for you to fill in. This questionnaire is vitally important for us to understand YOU. Please be as detailed as possible to give us a better understanding of your athletic background and what you wish to achieve. Once we have this information we will begin writing your plan! Your plan will be initially sent out on the following day after we have received your form. This will include the following weeks plan. There on after your weekly plan will always be sent out every Sunday.

This Programme is perfect for those that want a professional plan to follow without the additional extras. Simple and to the point, we provide you with direction and guidance to meet your specific goals. 

This programme outlines all sessions for you to follow including all water, land and weights. Your plan is sent out on a weekly basis and communication is through email.

Sign up to this plan if you are a disciplined individual which enjoys independence but requires professional guidance through their training plan.

ADVANCED 

This Programme is perfect for those that want a professional plan to follow with some of the additional extras.

 

- 10% discount to all ACS Rowing Camps

- Access to online live Q&A with ACS members (1 per month)

- Email support

- 6 months minimum duration

This programme outlines all sessions for you to follow including all water, land and weights. Your plan is sent out on a weekly basis and communication is through email.
