With our training days, we come to you! We work with your squads, at your club, for the day/weekend.

The day is catered around the needs of your squads. We can work with one or numerous squads depending on your demands.

We have worked with many clubs across the country and an example of previous training days are as such:

Gloucester RC - Womens Squad

 Two water sessions per day focusing on getting members into singles and smaller boats and improving technical competence and confidence. We also did a short session on the ergs focusing on ergo technique and technical cues.
