Our Team Training Programmes is designed for everyone. We write these programmes to improve overall fitness and strength no matter your starting point. We have three options for you to choose from: Beginner, Intermediate and Expert. You can pick and choose your sessions according to your own schedule, and complete without the worry of having to train on any specific day. 


We designed this programme to be accessible to all at only £2.50 per week. We also understand that many people want guidance without the pressure to compete or train every day of the week. Joining this plan will help you get fitter, stronger and feel better. We use a variety of training methods to improve all facets of fitness and strength. You don't need fancy equipment, just the will to make a start.

Beginner - 2 sessions per week
Intermediate - 3 sessions per week
Expert - 5 sessions per week
